How do I become a carrier?
To become a carrier on SENTTY, register on the platform and post an ad with your route and delivery terms.
Which countries can I deliver packages to?
You choose where and what packages to transport. When making an announcement, you must indicate the direction of the city through which your route will pass.
How do I contact the sender?
You will be able to contact the sender only after one of the parties confirms the delivery request. This will happen either when you send a request and the sender confirms it, or if you receive a request from the sender and confirm it yourself. Once the request is confirmed, you will have the option to exchange messages with the sender through the platform's built-in chat.
What if I can't deliver my package on time?
If you understand that you will not be able to deliver the package on time, it is important to immediately inform the sender. Use the built-in chat on the platform to explain the reason for the delay and discuss possible options: reschedule the delivery time, offer an alternative solution, or revise the deadline. Promptly informing the sender will help avoid misunderstandings and maintain trust in future cooperation.
How do I verify my profile?
To verify your profile, go to the 'Profile' tab and click the 'Verify Profile' button, then follow the instructions.
Is verification mandatory to transport packages?
Verification is not mandatory, but it increases trust and improves your chances of receiving delivery requests.
Can I transport only certain types of packages?
Yes, you can specify in your ad which types of packages you are willing to transport and under what conditions.
How do I find a package to transport?
Use the search function on the platform to find packages that match your route and preferences.
How much can I earn for delivering a package?
You independently discuss and set a fair price for the delivery. We can only offer advice on what to consider when determining the cost: the size and weight of the package, the distance, and the urgency of the delivery. Please note that we do not intervene in disputes between the sender and the recipient.
Where is the best place for me to meet the receiver to give the package?
You determine the meeting place with the receiver yourself. We recommend choosing public locations such as a shopping mall, train station, airport, or busy street to ensure your safety. If you plan to change the meeting place, be sure to inform the receiver in advance so he can adjust his plans accordingly.
Can I cancel my delivery ad?
Yes, you can cancel your ad at any time by going to your profile and selecting the appropriate action in the 'My Ads' section.
